Returns 

At My Darling Jeannie all our products are made with love by highly skilled artisans to ensure high quality.  If you have any queries we are always here to help – CustomerLove@MyDarlingJeannie.com.au.

Your garment has been inspected thoroughly before shipping to you.  Only after you have thoroughly examined the goods signifying that you are happy with the product should you cut off the hanging label.

You are protected under Australian Law for a refund if the item:
1) Does not match the description given on our website
2) Is faulty – unless caused by the consumer
3) Does not match the sample as shown on our website

Faulty garments will only be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

In these circumstances please email us at CustomerLove@MyDarlingJeannie.com.au and we will respond to you within two business days to assist.  The return process may require you to email photos before returning the goods.  If the refund is approved you will be credited for the original purchase amount and the cost of the return postage. This will be credited to your purchase account within three business days.

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. Should we agree to a refund in this case the following would apply:
1) The item must be returned in a new and saleable condition with all tags attached.
2) The item cannot be washed, damaged or worn.
3) The return shipping fee would be at the customer’s expense and the garment must be sent back in the original packing.
4) The item must be returned within 7 business days.
5) The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

Return shipping must be traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery and paid by the customer.  My Darling Jeannie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Return postage will be refunded in the case of faulty items, not change of mind.

We do not refund on Sale items or jewellery for health reasons.

Customer Service
We endeavour to ensure that all garments shown on our website are in stock and we shall show if numbers are becoming limited. We will not be holding extensive numbers on any one design or colour as we want our product to be exclusive and special for our clients. All purchases made before 11am will be sent that day.  Purchases made after 11am will be sent on the next business day.

International orders are welcome and will be sent by Australia Post on the next business day. This charge is calculated at the checkout. All prices shown on our website are in AUD. It is suggested to international purchasers that they check their country’s laws regarding any levies or duties that may be imposed regarding this purchase.
